SOMA 9 Residences is located in the Heart of SF SOMA District, were you'll find everything from shopping to fine dining, plus landmarks such as Yerba Buena, Moscone convention center and steps away to Giants Ballpark. Newly renovated rooms are all private with Free Wifi, TV's, community kitchen with complimentary coffee and continental breakfast. Downstairs find Lava Lounge for private events!

Other things to note:
Check out is generally anytime before noon. As mentioned above please logout of your Smart TV app accounts and return your key to the lower level lounge employee. Or if you’d prefer, leave your key fob in your room or common area (kitchen), just let us know. (If keys are lost, there is a key fob charge). If there is damage to the room, there will be a damage fee assessed after checkout, please leave the room in the same condition it was when you checked in. Lastly, there is no smoking in the rooms or building whatsoever, if there is smoking of any kind, there will be a fine assessed to your stay.

Transportation Update-

This Just in...The SF Central Subway T Line is now open with a station literally right around the corner from our location on 4th & Bryant! This new Central Subway T trains will travel mostly underground from the 4th Street Caltrain Station to Chinatown/Downtown bypassing heavy traffic on congested 4th and Stockton streets. From our convenient location station you can reach Moscone Center/Yerba Buena, Union Square/Market Street and also the Warriors/Giants ballpark and even a faster more affordable route to the SFO Airport!
